September 2023 Study 

  • We are delighted to announce our 2023/24 academic year Supervised Study plans.
  • All our T&C's can be viewed here.
  • We reserve the right to adjust our fees during the academic year.
  • Pre-booking is essential by calling 061-444989 or emailing us at info@kes.ie.
  • Study rooms are assigned based on the package purchased. Students cannot request a room.
  • Wifi is available but is not guaranteed at all times.
  • Phones are not permitted to be used during study. Students may us a laptop/tablet for educational purposes only by request of the Guardian. 
  • Students are asked to start study at the beginning of a session& finish study at the end to avoid disruption in the Study Halls.

Yearly - (Sept - May) - Full 

  • Access Monday to Saturday.
  • Access to Sunday Study from November.
  • Holiday periods are NOT included.
  • 33 weeks included from Monday 28th August 2023 - Sunday 26th May 2024.
  • Discount for Holiday Study; If booking the full week.

Half Term 2 - €350 (March - 26th May) - FULL

  • Access Monday to Sunday.
  • Holiday periods are NOT included.
  • Discount for Holiday Study; If booking the full week.
  • Access to study halls free of charge by day with Prior Booking. Pre-booking is required for day study by 4pm day prior.

Monthly - €160 Per Calender Month

  • Access Monday - Saturday.
  • Access to Sunday Study from November.
  • Access to study halls free of charge by day with prior booking. Pre-booking is required for day study by 4pm day prior.
  • April Monthly: Monday 8th April - Sunday 5th May
  • May Monthly: Monday 6th May - Sunday 26th May
  • June Monthly: Monday 27th May - Friday 21st June at 5pm
  • Option to cancel anytime, however, your place will not be guaranteed upon return.

Weekly Evening Study - €30 

  • Monday - Friday 
  • Mon - Thur: 4pm - 9pm
  • Friday:4pm - 7.30pm
  • No refunds for days absent.
  • Access to study halls prior to 4pm incurs an additional charge & requires 24hr pre-booking.
  • To pay paid on Sunday prior to commencement of Study on Monday.

  • Prior booking is essential by contacting 061-444989 to secure your days/times.
  • No walk-ins will be permitted into day study.

Kilmartin Educational Services will operate the following schedule from Monday to Friday:

  • 9.00am to 11.00am
  • 11.30pm to 1.00pm
  • 2.00pm to 3.30pm
  • 4.00pm to 5.30pm
  • 6.00pm to 7.30pm
  • 7.45pm to 9.00pm

Refunding Policy:

  • Fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable with the exception of closure by the Government.
  • In the event of closure by the Government due to another wave of COVID-19, fees will be refunded as per refund scale below:
    • €15 for FULL week of closure if on the Half Term/Yearly Packages commencing the following week.
    • €15 for FULL week of closure if on the Monthly package commencing the following week.
    • No refund on the weekly fee.
    • €8 per Saturday if on the Saturday Package during the closure.
    • €8 per Sunday if on the Sunday Package during the closure. 
    • Fees will be refunded within 1 month of closure

**These rates do not apply IF a discount was applied. The discount given will be part of the refund.

Holiday periods are excluded from all packages, except the Saturday Packs who get October and February Mid Term Saturday.
