Online Grind Booking & Subscription Model

Kilmartin Educational Services are delighted to launch our new highly requested online booking and subscription model for all 2024/2025 grinds in Limerick and Ennis. This subscription model will save the time and hassle of paying for each individual grind every week. Each week 48 hours prior to the start of each grind, a transaction will be made to the saved card and you will receive a receipt of confirmation along with a link to join online if a student wishes to join online. 

  • The card is securely added to your own private portal
  • The booking is made by the parent via the portal and if the booking is a subscription model you will see this at the check-out
  • If booking multiple grinds, each grind must be booked separately in order to link the subscription to the correct teacher.
  • Fees apply if absent but a recording is made available (subject to the teacher, a few teachers don't record)
  • If you wish to cancel your student out of the grinds entirely for the remainder of the academic year, 4 days notice must be given to the office in order to cancel your student out and avoid being charged for the next session

Signing up to our portal

  • If you already have booked with us before but never signed up online, simply call us on 061-444989 and we will send you a link to your email and you can set a password from there.
  • If you already have signed up online to our portal, you can simply click log in and proceed with your email and password.
  • If you have an online portal with us and forgot the password, simply click on forgot password and you will be sent a link to the email. 
  • If you are brand new to our company and wish to sign up. Click login on the top of the page and select the "sign up" option.
    • Select family
    • Insert name, email and password and click next
    • Insert surname and click sign up 
    • Verify your email by clicking on the link sent to the registered email. 

 

Completing a booking

When booking grinds, each grind has to be booked individually as the subscription is split amongst different teachers. Once the first booking is complete, the second one is very quick as details are saved.

  • Go to www.kes.ie
  • Use the filter (location, year, course type (grinds), subject and click continue
  • Once you see the grind that suits you, click more info.
  • Select the session that suits best and add to cart.
  • Go to your cart & log in ( if not already logged in)
  • Insert your details (parents)
  • Insert delegate details (students)
  • Add card details and select the two options:
    • Save card
    • Allow for automatic payments
  • Add billing details
  • Confirm term & conditions and the captcha (safety option) and click complete bookings.

**Some cards e.g Revolut require authorisation, this is a charge of €0 but its to ensure the card is a valid card

What happens next?

  • You will receive a booking confirmation on completion of booking
  • 48 hours prior to the start time of a class, the portal will run a transaction to complete a payment for the grind
    • If successful, a payment will be taken and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the class. This is used for online classes or for those who wish to do the grind online
    • If is it unsuccessful, you will receive an unsuccessful email. Please check your card details and payment will be tried 34 hours before class. 
    • If it continues to fail, you won't gain access online until payment is made. If attending in person, you can bring cash but please let teacher and office know in advance
  • If a student is absent payment still applies.
  • If you ever wish to completely cancel out of the class, 4 days notice must be given.

We do understand that this is a new system and it will take some time to get used too. However, this is a quicker process than the system we had previously and will save you time each week having to make payments as it will be automated once you make the initial booking :)
