Grinds Terms and Conditions 2023
Kilmartin Educational Services are delighted to launch a new online platform for the booking and payment of grinds for the academic year 2023/2024. Kilmartin Educational Services runs weekly grinds in both the Limerick & Ennis college in a wide range of subjects for 1st-6th year secondary school students
How our grinds run
- Students book into a class that runs weekly either online or onsite. The majority of our grinds run in a hybrid manner where students have the option to attend onsite, live online or receive a recording.
- Please note some teacher don't opt for the online or recorded option
- Fees apply if absent for any given reason. No exceptions made. If a student is enrolled in a grind where a recording is an option, they will receive a recording in which they have access to for 7 days.
- If a student is cancelling out of a grind for the remainder of the academic year, 5 days notice is required by the office. Otherwise fee's apply for the class.
- The majority of our grinds this year will run on a subscription model
Subscription Model for Grinds

If you have already been enrolled in our services, we will send you out a link to create an online login

If you have not previously attended you can sign up online

You will book your grind via our website

You will go to the checkout and add your credit/debit card details

Then 48 hours prior to each grind, a payment for the grind will be charged to your card. You will receive a notification via email when this occurs and also a confirmation email if payment was successful

If payment was not successful, you must login and change the card details on file otherwise students will not gain access to the class

If cancelling out of a grind for the remainder of the academic year, 5 days notice will be required to prevent further payment being taken.
Terms and Conditions

Fees apply if absent for any circumstances and no exceptions are made

If a student cancels out of a grind for a period of time, they may not be able to rejoin if the class capacity is reached
- Fees must be paid prior to commencement of class unless a cash agreement has been made by the office
- Grinds may need to cancelled or rescheduled in short notice due to unforeseen circumstances
